Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 180 g sugar
  • 1 vanilla bean
  • 1/2 l cream
  • 2 teaspoons matcha powder or crushed green tea leaves

Instructions

  • Cut the vanilla pod lengthwise, screape out the core and mix it together with eggs, sugar. Beat well until you have a foamy consistency.
  • Beat the cream until it is thick and fold in the egg-sugar mixture using a whisk. Add in the matcha powder and mix well.
  • Place the ice cream in a sealable container and store it in the freezer overnight.
