Lavender Syrup is a great base for many desserts and dishes. Once you try homemade ice cream, you’ll never go back to store-bought. Don’t think homemade ice cream is hard, it’s actually one of the easiest things to make. You even don’t need an ice cream maker for this recipe. A refreshing ice cream perfect for summer.
- 4 eggs
- 180 g sugar
- 1 tlsp vanilla icing
- 1/2 l cream
- 2 tbsp lavender syrup
In a bowl, combine the eggs, sugar and vanilla icing and beat until foamy.
In a second bowl, beat the cream until it has doubled in volume and forms a stiff peak. Fold the whipped cream into the egg mixture.
Add 2 tbsp of lavender syrup and mix well.
Put the ice cream in a flat bowl and store it in the very back of the freezer.
