apple, cored and diced
pepper, salt, chili (optional), nutmeg
Instructions
Add onion, leek, sugar, pumpkin, apple and stock into a large pot or saucepan. Bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
Add some chilli, salt and pepper and purée until smooth, adding water if too thick.
