Ingredients

  • 1 can of sardines
  • 15 g cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 shallot
  • zests of half a lime

Instructions

  • Puree the sardines, cream cheese ans olive oil in a blender.
  • Peel the shallot, chop it into little pieces and add them to the sardines.t
  • Wonderful as a bruchetta or bread spread. Season to taste with lime zests. 

Notes

With one tin sardines you can make 20 to 25 small canapés. Sardines are very salty so you don't have to add extra salt.
